          HRD Attestation is needed if you want to get employment in UAE and other Gulf countries. Step 2 : click on the “For Tamil Nadu Secretariat / HRD Attestation(Public foreigner’s Department)” button to proceed.

Step 3  : In the next screen you can see the link for instructions with screenshots. Click “make Verification Request” button.

Step 4 : Select the Document Type and Upload the Document , fill all the relevant details

Step 5 : You will receive a request confirmation mail after the online payment

Step 6 : When the university completes the verification, you will receive a  mail with link to download the verified document. Normally it may take 2-3 weeks time.

Step 7 : Please click to download the verified document. You can also see the e-Receipt and verifier remarks on that page.

Step 8 : You can download the certificate from the link with the unique reference number at the footnote. The hardcopy of verified certificate with the reference number at footnote along with original certificate has to be submitted at secretariat. The original certificate will be attested from secretariat.
